Because you are my friends, I want to tell you my story.
I came to the Netherlands in 1977 when I was almost 6 years old, because of adoption.
I have always had mixed feelings, because it is not an easy life here. I’ve never really felt at home here. First of all, I didn’t get along well with my adoptive parents. I also always have physical complaints here, because it is cold and damp in the Netherlands. I would therefore like to return to my native India, where my heart still lies.
I like to help other people and I also like to look after children and animals.
I would like to do that in my own country.
Now is a good time to start doing what I would like to do with the rest of my life.
I would prefer to help people with disabilities there because they are always hidden away there.
My plan is to set up a business there for them.
